Qualifications

  • Must have at least 5 years of Construction Management experience.
  •  Must have 5 years in ground up residential and remodel construction.
  •  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, including structural plans.
  •  Advanced understanding of codes, methods, and building practices related to residential and commercial construction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a strong understanding of scoping, budgeting and management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel Spreadsheets.
  • Ability to work as a team.
  • Applicants must have a valid California drivers license and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • As a Project Manager, you will be resposible for managing project  scope, budget, and timeline from inception to completion.
  • Supervise and manage subcontractors providing status updates to  clients, and assessing risks.
  • Work with architect and consultants to develop project plans that  meet the project requirements, including scope, budget and timeline.
  • Manage and track all project costs.
  • Ensure that all project deadlines are met.
  • Develop and manage relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and  other project stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with the approved  building plans.
  • Oversee subcontractors to ensure cleanliness, safety, and standards  are met and exceeded.
