Together, we will finalize the contract as we begin the process of your new project.

Once the contract and budget is agreed upon, our design and architectural team will work with you to create preliminary lay-out and design to ensure that your vision is realized. Our team will prepare a final set of blueprints once you have approved the conceptual design and preliminary budget.

Necessary permits from your local city or county municipality will be obtained, then demolition and construction will commence. A dedicated project manager will be assigned to oversee the project logistics and answer questions.
